Pest control software with the chemical log built in
Quarterly programs that book themselves, application records captured at the point of use, and a route the technician can actually run.

What it costs today
Application records live on paper
Product, EPA number, rate and target pest go on a carbon copy that has to be found again if anyone asks.
Programs lapse without anyone noticing
A quarterly plan misses a quarter and nobody finds out until the customer cancels.
Routes are built by hand every week
The same stops, the same order, rebuilt each Monday morning.
Built for pest control
The parts of the job your software usually ignores
Application records on the visit
Product, EPA registration number, concentration, quantity, target pest, location treated and conditions, captured on the phone as part of closing the visit.
Recurring treatment programs
Monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or seasonal. The program generates its visits and flags when one is overdue.
Technician licensing
Categories and expiry dates per technician, with assignment blocked when a licence has lapsed.
Device and station tracking
Bait stations and monitors are recorded per site with their condition at each service, so trend reporting is a report rather than a rebuild.
Customer-facing service reports
The customer gets a clean summary of what was found, what was applied and what they should do, generated from the same record as the compliance log.
Routed scheduling
Stops ordered geographically by day, with the flexibility to slot an emergency callout into the gap that costs least.
How a job runs
Four steps, one record
- 1
Inspect and propose a program
The initial inspection becomes a quote for a treatment program with its cadence and price.
- 2
Visits generate for the term
Every service in the program is on the board, routed and assigned.
- 3
The technician documents at the point of work
Findings, products, stations and photos, on the phone, offline if needed.
- 4
The customer and the file both get what they need
A readable service report to the customer, a complete application record to the log, from one entry.
Questions
Pest control, specifically
Still unanswered? The docs go deeper, and a reply from us is usually faster than a demo.
- Can I export application records for an audit?
- Yes. Application data is queryable by date, site, technician or product, and exports as CSV. Everything in the account exports whole.
- Does it stop an unlicensed tech being assigned?
- Assignment checks the technician's licence categories and expiry, and warns before a visit is booked to someone who cannot legally perform it.
- How are one-off callouts handled inside a program?
- As an extra visit against the same client, either covered by the program or billed separately depending on how the plan is set up.
- Can customers get their service reports automatically?
- Yes. The report is emailed when the visit closes and stays available in the client portal.
