Terms of Service

These terms are being finalised with counsel before Elevate Team is offered commercially. This page states plainly what the agreement will say, so nobody signs up on a misunderstanding. The executed version will replace it here and will be linked from every invoice.

What we intend it to say

• Your data is yours. We store and process it to run the service you are paying for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.
• You can leave with it. A complete export is available at any time, without a fee, a ticket or a notice period.
• Payments are yours too. Card and ACH run through your own Stripe account at Stripe’s rates. We take no cut.
• Billing is per user, in advance, monthly or annually. Downgrades take effect at renewal; upgrades are prorated.
• Either side can end it. You can cancel at any time. We will give notice and a full export window before we do.
• We will tell you when something breaks. Incidents that affect your data or availability get a written account of what happened.
