Before you enter a card
You will not need one to start, but these are the answers people want first.
Ask something else- What counts as a user?
- Anyone who signs in: office staff, dispatchers, crew leads and techs. Clients using the portal are never charged, and neither are subcontractors you invite to a single job.
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. Solo is free for as long as you want it. It is a real account with real invoicing, capped at one crew. Paid plans have a 30-day trial that does not ask for a card.
- What do payments cost?
- Card and ACH are processed by Stripe at Stripe's published rates, charged directly to your own Stripe account. Elevate Team takes no cut of your payments on any plan.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Everything exports as CSV and files: clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, time entries, photos and attachments. Nobody has to approve it, there is no export fee, and there is no waiting period.
- Do you charge to migrate?
- No. Bring a CSV export from whatever you use now and we will map it with you on any paid plan.
- Can I change plans mid-term?
- Yes, either direction, prorated. Annual plans can add users at any time; removing users takes effect at renewal.
