Before you enter a card
You will not need one to start, but these are the answers people want first.
Ask something else- What counts as a user?
- Anyone who signs in: office staff, dispatchers, crew leads and techs. Clients using the portal are never charged, and neither are subcontractors you invite to a single job.
- What happens when we pass the included members?
- Nothing stops working. Every user past the block your plan includes is $10 per month, prorated from the day they first sign in. Team includes five and Business includes twenty, so from ten users up Business is the cheaper of the two, $99 against $100, before counting anything it adds. Past fifty we move you to Enterprise.
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. Solo is free for as long as you want it, with no card. It is a real account with real invoicing, capped at five people and ten invoices sent a month. Paid plans have a 30-day trial: you add a card to start it, and nothing is charged until day 30. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- What do payments cost?
- Card and ACH are processed by Stripe at Stripe's published rates, charged directly to your own Stripe account. Elevate Team takes no cut of your payments on any plan.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Everything exports as CSV and files: clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, time entries, photos and attachments. Nobody has to approve it, there is no export fee, and there is no waiting period.
- Do you charge to migrate?
- No. Bring a CSV export from whatever you use now and we will map it with you on any paid plan.
- What does paying yearly save?
- Two months. A year on Team is $500 instead of $600, and a year on Business is $990 instead of $1,188. Extra users stay $10 each per month on either term, and you can switch terms at renewal.
- Can I change plans mid-term?
- Yes, either direction, prorated. Annual plans can add users at any time; removing users takes effect at renewal.
